Two Tasty Omelette- Tomato Omelette And Capsicum Omelette

Eggs are  packed  with protein and makes us feel full longer. Therefore, it is used in many high protein diets.  Don’t just serve these omelette for breakfast- try it for lunch or supper and the whole family including kids are sure to gobble it up.

Eggs are easy to prepare and by adding vegetables like tomatoes, bell peppers etc., you get some extra nutritional benefits also.

Tomato omelette

Ingredients:

Two eggs Cayenne pepper- 1/2 teaspoon Two ripe tomatoes( medium size) One small onion a pinch of grated fresh ginger Fresh coriander leaves One or two teaspoons of  grated cheese, preferably cheddar or parmesan Oil Salt to taste

Prepartion:

Cut the onion and tomatoes into very small pieces, Chop the coriander leaves fine. Heat

Bosu Exercises: Double Bosu Knee Tucks

The Bosu exercise tool resembles half of a stability ball attached to a flat board. Use of the tool requires balance and helps lift your body off of the ground, which can help strengthen and tone the muscles. In order to perform knee tucks, you should use two Bosus. While the exercise requires more balance and strength than performing knee tucks without Bosus, the Bosus do provide more stability than does performing the exercise with two stability balls.

Curry Spice Could Aid In Stroke Recovery

 At 73, Tom Hopper has already had three strokes, all mild, but frightening nonetheless.

“I was paralyzed, I could hear everything but couldn’t move,” Hopper said.

A stroke is caused by rupturing or blockage of an artery in the brain and recovering from even the mildest stroke can take weeks, even months.

Scientists now believe they’ve discovered something that just may aid in that recovery: curry.

Researchers at the Salk Institute in California tested a synthetic form of curry on animals and found it dramatically improved the side effects oftentimes seen after a stroke and after suffering traumatic brain injury.
