International Bakery Fair 2011

The three-day International Exhibition on Bakery, Confectionery and Food Service Equipment and Supplies has concluded today at the World Trade Center. The Exhibition is the largest fair in the country that is completely dedicated to baking and food industry.

The fair organized by Filipino-Chinese Bakery Association was participated by both local and international exhibitors. The exhibitors launched their latest products in the demanding Philippine market.

The event featured the most recent developments and services available in the global bakery and confectionary industry. It was a great venue for suppliers, bakers and buyers of baked goods who gathered and conducted business.

One of the highlights of the fair was the Philippine Bakers Cup bread-making and California Raisins Filipino Pasalubong Competitions. A great display of artistic cakes and breads also added highlights to the successful event.

The fair was very well-attended not only by bakery and food services professionals, but as well as food enthusiasts. It boosts the industry’s business, and enhanced the enthusiam of the potential entrepreneurs.
